UltraCorps Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your legal relationship with UltraCorps. By accessing our servers or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which include our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct. These documents collectively form your agreement with us.

1. Age Requirement: By registering, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental permission to play.
2. "As-Is" Service: UltraCorps is provided "as-is." The game admins do not guarantee the server will always be online, bug-free, or that your data will be saved.
3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game admins shall not be liable for any damages (financial, data loss, or emotional) arising from your use of the game or interactions with other players.
4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the game at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. User Content: You retain ownership of what you say in chat, but you grant the Host a license to display and store that content for the purpose of running the game.
